My name is Thomas Scherbel, I was born in Bamberg (Germany) in 1977, since 1999 I live and work in Lichtenfels (Germany).

I am involved in photography for a longe time, I started out shooting on film and only in holidays. A couple of years ago, I started shooting digital and more with the reference on artistic photography. Due to my occupation (more on that further below) it was pretty obvious that I will work digital sooner or later.

I always had lots of fun doing Photography. By taking pictures I have the possibility to capture my view of the world on one single image and through that, share my perspective with everybody else.

As regular occupation I work as managing partner of a small advertising agency called DDD Werbepraxis GmbH.
